Pre-construction is under underway on Minto Group’s brand-new condominium development, CAVO Condos. Radael + Bigauskas Architects created the CAVO architect. In Etobicoke, at 12 Cordova Avenue, the new development will be situated. Islington Avenue and Dundas Street West make up the principal intersection.
The CAVO Condos will include a 24 story tower with 325 mixed-use condos erected on top of a 4 story platform. One-bedroom, one-bedroom plus den, two-bedroom, two-bedroom plus den, and three-bedroom units will all be available. CAVO Condos’ anticipated completion date is not yet known. On the ground floor of CAVO Condos, there will be approximately 5,300 square feet of interior amenities and over 5,500 square feet of outdoor amenities. There will be a 251 spot underground parking garage attached to the building. There will be 5 underground floors, and there will be 218 places for residents and 33 spaces for guests. The building will also contain 245 bicycle spaces, including 222 places for residents and 23 spaces for guests.
The CAVO Condos are situated in Toronto’s Islington-City Centre West district. It is entirely walkable according to its 85/100 walkscore and 97/100 transit score. For quick access to the tube, a 7-minute walk is required to reach Islington Station. Highway 427, the Gardiner Motorway, and the QEW are all nearby for easy access, and Kipling GO station is also close by. Fairfield Park, Greenfield Park, and Echo Valley Park are a few of the surrounding parks.
