Pre-construction is now underway on LCH Developments’ newest condominium development, Cliffside Condos. RAW Design was created by Cliffside Architect. The new development will be situated in Scarborough at 2340 Kingston Road. Danforth Avenue and Kingston Road form the main intersection.
The 10-story Cliffside Condos tower will have 201 mixed-use condo units. The layouts of the units will range from studio to one to three bedrooms. Cliffside Condos’ anticipated completion date is not yet known.
The Cliffside Condos are situated in Toronto’s Birchcliffe-Cliffside district. Scarborough’s Birchcliffe-Cliffside district is a convenient, well-connected area with a wealth of amenities.
