Exchange District Phase 3

Exchange District 3 Condos (EX3 Condos) is a new condo project by Camrost Felcorp and is currently in pre-construction. Exchange District architect is designed by IBI Group Architects. The new project will be located at 151 City Centre Drive in Mississauga. The major intersection is Burnhamthorpe Road East and Hurontario Street. Exchange District Condos will be a new master planned community in downtown Mississauga. The new community will be on 3-acre site which will include condominiums, a new hotel, retail, restaurants, offices and public square. The project will consists of four tall towers will have a total of about 2,000 mixed units. EX3 Condos will be the third phase of Exchange District. EX3 will be tower with mixed condo units. Units will be a mix of one bedroom, two bedroom and three bedroom layout.
